Merry Christmas to Us!!! Rock ‘n Play Has Gone Automated

Auto Rock n Play Sleeper

Fisher Price Auto Rock ‘n Play Sleeper

Someone on our Facebook group shared this today with the caption: Oh Joy to the World! 🙂

I couldn’t wait to share it with you. This is perhaps the most popular product used around these parts for helping fussy babies sleep. Only problem is, until now, you had to sit next to it and rock it with your hands or feet. All. night. long.

The Fisher Price Rock ‘n Play has consistently been rated a parent favorite around here, and I suspect that the new auto Rock ‘n Play will be as well. Parents of colicky babies, or babies with reflux have found it particularly helpful, as it keeps baby on an incline, while offering a snug, deep bucket-type seat to help them feel secure.

If only this had been around when Sammy was a newborn…sigh.

Some ‘good to know’ info about the Auto Rock ‘n Play:

  • Good for babies up to 25 pounds
  • Two rocking speeds
  • Machine washable
  • Switch-on vibrations (which will probably not work for very fussy babies, but who knows?!)
  • 12 songs and 3 sound effects (again, probably not loud enough for fussy babies, but worth a try)
  • AC plug for battery-free operation

Amazon rating: 4.5 stars

As always, I can’t guarantee this product will work for you or your baby. However, I will say this is the product I hear about from parents most often. If you’ve tried the Rock ‘n Play Auto, I would love to hear your experience with it below!
