Here is my list of allergy websites for recipes & ideas. Not all are dairy/soy free, so I just tweek it as necessary. We can have eggs, and my son needs them, so I just add them back into the recipes. Food Allergy Mama wrote a cookbook that I bought, and in the front of the book, it tells you how to substitute for eggs, etc. It's been really helpful, although I'm sure you can find the same info on internet.

There are so many out there, but these are the ones I have found most helpful. In fact, the first one, "fpiesmommy" actually lives in my city. We've had coffee a few times, and she's great!
