When should I re-introduce dairy into my diet?
«

After about 5 weeks with a miserable baby I was told to cut dairy to see if it helped. It did and now I am wondering if I have to cut it forever while I'm nursing, or if/when I should re-introduce it slowly to my diet.
Any suggestions?

Maureen, When I cut out dairy with Sammy, I slowly reintroduced it when he was 4 months old. I accidentally had some dairy, and noticed he didn't react to it. After that, I was able to have it with no problems. Maybe by that age their little systems are better able to tolerate it?
