Hi there - mom to spirited 3 month old baby girl

Hi there

I too have a 3 month old high needs baby.. who is very spirited.

If she is awake, she rarely is happy to just sit and play but needs constant attention and gets bored easily. She only naps in 30 minute segments and wakes 2-3 times a night. Last 2 days she has started screaming and shouting for attention.. like a mini temper tantrum and her whole face scrunches up and goes red.

Also looking to share experiences and how to deal and entertain our precious little spirited babies.

Welcome here. I hope you find some helpful information to help you with your daughter. Was your daughter 'colicky' as well, or has the screaming/fussing only started recently?

I remember when my son started to 'scream' for attention, it was about that age! That's the way he used to nap, too, but thankfully now he takes longer naps most days. As far as entertaining her, have you tried wearing her facing out in a sling? If her head control is decent, she might enjoy watching what you do around the house.
